Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
for OCD and Anxiety-Related Disorders
MEET DR. KRISTEN SPRINGER
As a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in Concord, Massachusetts (and now throughout the entire state of MA and VT due to the benefits of teletherapy), I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention Treatment (ERP) for adolescents and adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety (panic, agoraphobia, social anxiety, phobias, separation anxiety), and depressive disorders. I have 10+ years of clinical experience treating anxiety and related disorders.
Managing OCD, anxiety, or depression on top of the demands of work, school, social responsibilities, family responsibilities, and even leisure time is exhausting. It takes so much time and energy to deal with anxiety and takes you away from the things you care about. I am here to help you get back on track and make meaningful change. In treatment, you will learn to no longer engage with the anxiety and ultimately gain control back of your time, energy, and life.
I am committed to helping you reach your goals by helping you build skills and learn ways to master your anxiety and fears. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment and work collaboratively with you in a structured and empathic manner using the most up-to-date evidence-based treatments. This is always a team effort between you and me. If you decide that we are a good fit to work together, we will create specific goals for treatment and a timeline for our work together.
Please complete my contact form to get started and set up a free 15 minute phone call to see if we are a good fit and answer any questions you may have.
